Don't know
One day, I received a proactive notification from HR.
I then told them that I currently had no work experience.
I might not be able to handle a position requiring prior experience.
HR still hoped that I would come and give it a try.
So I agreed.
As a result, they gave me a written test that day.
I did not do well.
They immediately sent me home and said that because I had not passed the written test, they would not arrange a follow-up interview.
However, none of this had been mentioned during the phone call.
If you are a recent graduate, think it over carefully.
A company that does not respect people and just takes a scattershot approach—bringing people in for interviews first and figuring things out later.
