The office is very new and clean.
The interview took a total of 2.5 hours. For the last hour and a half, I listened to the owner's wife and the manager boast about their own company (it is a family business). If you are ambitious and not afraid of challenges, you can apply for the sales assistant position. They place a great deal of importance on TOEIC scores, but those scores are only based on a written exam; what they really want is fluent spoken conversation.
Conclusion: Regarding compensation, the owner's wife will ask you to name your own figure and then discuss it with the manager. If you think your qualifications are strong, I recommend asking for a higher salary and negotiating with them. Otherwise, once you start working, you may find that the workload is heavy but the salary is not high enough.
