Too many things need improvement
The boss and executive assistant are emotional; the entire company has surveillance cameras except in the restrooms.
Upper management prioritizes data for VLOOKUP, refuses to hire relevant professionals, and insists on doing things their own way. Even though there is an ERP system, employees still have to spend extra time creating reports for comparison.
They hired an incompetent executive assistant who only talks and holds endless meetings. When employees offer suggestions, they are accused of having too many opinions.
The employee turnover rate is high, and there are always vacancies throughout the year.
Upper management does not trust employees and often requires them to take photos as self-proof; even documents must be signed for by colleagues.
Roles are changed arbitrarily and without reason.
