The marketing planning work appears to have a complete system, and the supervisor paints a perfect picture. During the interview, they explicitly said there was no so-called probationary period and that both parties only needed to agree on the work terms. However, after joining, I was required to sign a probationary contract first. Although the position was salaried monthly, the pay for new employees who had worked less than a month was calculated on a daily basis, excluding holidays and so on; employees who worked fewer than seven days were not entitled to any salary or bonuses.

The salary structure and benefits were not transparent enough. During the interview, they glossed over the important details, and only after joining did I discover the issue of underreporting salaries for labor and health insurance. A company that quibbles over every little detail probably cannot offer much of a deal either—what a waste of time. I recommend clarifying your salary structure before joining, especially if you are not in a sales role with commission-based bonuses; there may be some surprises. Suitable for those looking to coast until retirement or for fresh graduates who simply follow instructions... The benefits are all there, but only to the extent that they are better than nothing.
