1. Engineers are easy to get along with
Cons
1. Overtime work, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; even after work, you cannot leave immediately and must wait until everyone has left
2. Smoking in the office, with smoke everywhere
3. Dirty and cluttered work environment
4. The boss is stubborn and impossible to communicate with
5. No meals provided, no parking, family-run factory
