The information may be a little outdated, so I’m not sure whether things have improved, but I think the advantages probably haven’t changed.
1. Many colleagues at the same level are recent graduates. Most of them are quick and smart, so it’s very pleasant to work with them.
2. The company is located right by a metro station exit. Even when working overtime until 11 p.m., there are 24-hour fast-food restaurants and convenience stores where you can get something to eat, so you won’t go hungry.
3. Some managers share their own work experience.
1. Some managers may have unresolved personal issues and form cliques, which can leave employees at a loss.
2. Calculated based on the working hours, the hourly wage is lower than that of convenience-store employees.
3. Because the company complies with the Labor Standards Act, actual overtime hours will be “taken as break time” and “have hours deleted”; otherwise, it would violate the Labor Standards Act.
4. Some redundant employees who are good at saying nice things can let a few bad apples spoil the whole bunch.
