My colleagues are genuinely great and help share the workload, as the workload has already been affecting my quality of life.

Seeing the following comments, there are some parts that I find quite baffling...

Regarding the birthday celebration mentioned earlier, I’d like to add some clarification here.

Previously, someone wrote that an internal employee seemed to ask an interviewee whether they wanted some cake. However, as far as I know, the cake that time was divided into very small pieces, clearly not enough to go around. How could it possibly have been shared with someone who came for an interview......

I also saw a recent comment saying that the boss was very caring and personally gave every birthday celebrant a gift. As I recall, after the birthday celebration ended that day, everyone was still in the meeting room eating cake. I did not see anyone coming in for an interview at all, and HR was either at their desk or inside handling the birthday celebration arrangements. Nor did I see any HR staff conducting interviews in the meeting room.

I had only heard that people from the company might deliberately come back to write positive reviews, and I came here to look out of curiosity, but it seems that might actually be true...

Because I noticed so many inconsistencies, I’m beginning to wonder whether the company is manipulating or suppressing negative reviews.

The company’s operating conditions and the way it treats employees have started to raise concerns for me. Most employees also do not stay for very long, and there have been many cases of people being let go. I’m really starting to wonder whether this company is suitable for staying at long term......
