The manager who interviewed me seemed to be the owner. They were very kind and down-to-earth, and were willing to share how the company operates. They also talked with me about a lot of digital marketing experience and successful cases. From our conversation, I realized there were many areas I could learn about.

P.S. I arrived early for the interview and happened to see the company employees celebrating someone’s birthday. It felt very lively and joyful. I thought the owner was very caring—they personally gave each birthday celebrant a gift and joked around with the employees. The employees also felt comfortable joking with the owner, so there didn’t seem to be much distance between them.

During the interview, they mentioned that if there were a lot of clients, overtime might be required.
