Apparently, there are none.
This is a Japanese-named, Taiwanese-run company. I remember applying to this company several years ago for a three-month short-term Japanese translation position. The pay was not very good, but I was having financial difficulties and had no choice but to accept it. The job was in Taoyuan, so I moved from southern Taiwan to Taoyuan and rented a place. After working for a little over a month, the company—possibly to save money—terminated my employment contract without warning before the New Year. This immediately put me in financial difficulty. I had already rented a place and had to find another job right away, but jobs were also difficult to find before the New Year. Those days were truly unbearably difficult.
I heard from an engineer there that a Japanese translator had applied and been hired, but although the stated salary was NT$30,000, they received only NT$26,000. A team leader there told me that when he applied, the advertised terms were fourteen months of salary, but in reality it was still only twelve months. His family needed money, so he had no choice but to accept it.
Although it operates under the name of a Japanese company, its pay is worse than that of ordinary Taiwanese companies, and it has little in the way of systems or procedures. If they want you to leave, they will make you leave immediately. I recommend not applying, so you do not waste your life.
