Having to fill out the company's internal résumé was not very appealing, aside from the additional time it required

The information requested was very old-fashioned, including family history, family members' occupations, and so on... It felt like all of my personal privacy was exposed

Filling out the résumé by the roadside at the company entrance did not feel very good either.

The waiting and transfer time between parts of the interview was a bit long, though it was understandable

Part of the salary needs to be allocated to the employee welfare fund... It felt like a disguised salary deduction

It was a bit disappointing not to be able to see the engineers' work area
