The only good thing is that you can sense the presence of HR professionalism in the details.
Simply put, it is a company with “no human rights.” I believe anyone who has read so many negative reviews already knows how problematic this company is.
They can even make interviewees wait nearly two hours—just look at how important the boss thinks they are.
Here are my actual experiences:
1. When the boss appears magnanimous, it means they are preparing to stab you several times in the back.
2. Your work ability will be judged based on how much overtime you work.
3. You are forced to help with other tasks, and no one cares whether this affects your performance in your original duties.
4. The scope of the position is in a gray area, making you unwittingly become the boss’s slave, because you have to take on everything.
5. The boss wants you to play the bad guy. For any unreasonable request, you have to speak up and make it on their behalf.
6. The boss can always be late to meetings without consequence, but if you are a few minutes late, prepare to be lectured for an hour.
7. Students planning to join as interns should pay attention: the internship is unpaid and no comprehensive learning plan is provided. You are merely labor used to save costs and do odd jobs for full-time employees.
8. Even if you hope to become a full-time employee after interning at this company, you will not be converted into a full-time position based on the type of work you want to do. Instead, you will be assigned wherever there is an opening—the boss does not care what position you want.
9. Even if you meet the daily performance targets, you will still be suspected of inflating the numbers.
10. Finally, I still suggest that the boss stop asking people to write positive reviews while they are busy. They are so fake that the employees inside can see through them at a glance :))))))
By the way, I heard they are still promoting how many major brands they work with. I wonder how many brands have terminated their contracts—hehe.
