1. The company has no SOPs; everything depends on the boss’s mood, which changes constantly and is difficult to predict. No matter what you do, you cannot meet their expectations.
2. You have to manage your own working hours well. They will teach you how to allocate your time, but there will never be a day when you finish everything.
3. They think the work is very easy; if you cannot finish it, it is considered a problem with your abilities and uneven time management.
4. Communication and coordination are nonexistent. It is best if you can endure a highly unpredictable personality and hysterical emotions.
5. You are just a pawn for the company; once they have used you, someone can replace you at any time.
