The colleagues are very friendly
The work environment is spacious
Cons
The boss is moody. It is a family business, and employees are often blamed for no apparent reason. The boss is prone to explosive outbursts, and the managers engage in infighting.
The management is chaotic, and the boss does not even know what they want. Employee turnover is very high.
