The two interviewers were friendly

I interviewed for the Brand Design Specialist position, but the design department manager was very concerned about my views on "working overtime" and "designs often needing revisions.

As a designer who is already mentally and physically healthy, I don't really mind frequent revisions.

However, when I asked about overtime, I was told that the latest it would go was 10–11 p.m., and that overtime was a regular occurrence.

I couldn't help wondering whether the employees there had no personal lives. Moreover, transportation to the location was not very convenient.

I said I could only accept overtime for three months out of the year; otherwise, I would be unable to accommodate it.

Nevertheless, I could feel that they were very friendly throughout the process. They just kept circling back to the topic of "acceptance of overtime" three times.

Later, perhaps because the manager was concerned that I was not very accepting of excessive overtime, I was not invited to a second interview.
