A few years ago, the company was really good, with many benefits and compliance with the Labor Standards Act.

Later on, all the company benefits were cut, and salaries were not adjusted (left to starve).

There were good and bad colleagues (many selfish people.....), and they formed cliques. Management handed over the assignment of work to someone who was not a supervisor (a family business); they handled everything from minor to major matters.
