Pros

There is no need to prepare a résumé; they will print one out and bring it into the meeting room.

There will be two interviewers: an art supervisor and an editorial supervisor. The art supervisor is gentler, while the editorial supervisor is more strict. Their questions and perspectives are relatively conservative and serious, but both are quite polite. (They are older.)

The company environment is quite clean. It is mainly a sales image and public relations company serving medical and pharmaceutical companies. First, the business team handles client contact, then the editorial team writes the medical content and copy, after which the design team beautifies it.

Each designer will not be limited to a single type of work and will handle many different areas (illustration, graphic design, PPT beautification, exhibition spaces, etc.).

Cons

The interviewers' questions are somewhat old-fashioned and conservative, and they may ask follow-up questions based on details you mention (being able to adapt on the spot is important). They want to see works in different formats.

The editor asks questions more directly, but basically, if you are good at adapting, it should not become uncomfortable. Although the other person is very serious, try to relax and treat it like a conversation. Taking the initiative to ask some questions may help you feel more at ease.
