High salary, good benefits, short working hours, fast promotion, solid training, and harmonious relationships among colleagues.
The supervisors in the auto insurance department are excellent. They never take credit or shift blame, nor do they ask junior staff in other departments to handle work they cannot finish or are incapable of doing
(or work they never did in the first place).
They certainly would never directly send an anonymous complaint accusing junior staff in another department of not doing their work properly while mocking them,
only for it to turn out that the problem was actually caused by their own department.
The company is great, and I will continue working hard. I hope that one day I will be promoted to manager and then become an assistant vice president.
For such a perfect company, how could there possibly be any shortcomings?
