I originally scheduled the interview for 11:00 a.m. After arriving on time, I kept waiting until around noon, when a company employee finally informed me that the interview could not take place because the supervisor was in a meeting and asked me to come back in the afternoon. However, I had other plans in the afternoon and could not continue waiting. Later, after leaving, I learned that there were other interviewees as well, and that one of them had arrived at 10:00 and waited for two hours without being able to interview either. This made me feel deeply that the company completely disrespected interviewees and wasted their time.

Fortunately, I discovered this problem while still at the interview stage. A supervisor with no sense of time likely has no work efficiency and completely disrespects everyone’s time, which is extremely selfish. This was my first time encountering an interviewing company like this, and I was left with a really bad impression.
