As long as you have hands and feet, when orders are urgent, they’ll call you in to work.
That’s how it should be.
On-site operators work from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They have a one-and-a-half-hour lunch break, but no meal is provided. If they work overtime in the evening, another half hour is deducted. In effect, out of 12 hours, only two hours count as overtime, which means the boss saves NT$2,000 per month. When there are no orders, the boss evaluates whether employees stay or leave based on personal likes and dislikes, while hiring many people. However, on-site employees all become physically and mentally exhausted within six months because the pay is too low and the workload increases dramatically. Unless you live very close by, are only looking for short-term work, and do not care about the salary, you can come. That’s all! Honestly, I’m not lying!!
