Pros
A fantastic environment with open management and no pressure, as long as you organize your work and meet the deadlines! If you finish early, the remaining time is yours to arrange as you please!
When we hit a wall, the boss even lets us go out to take a break, watch a movie, and so on!
Highly recommended!
Cons
People who aren’t very self-disciplined might not adapt well here! Haha
