The position interviewed for was a warehouse management and procurement staff role, and the company’s name is Ruichang Health Co., Ltd.
Before the interview, you have to fill out basic information and a handwritten autobiography (within 300 Chinese characters). (They’ve already looked at the résumé on the job bank, so why do they still require a handwritten version?)
There were two interviewers: a manager and a procurement staff member. From filling out the forms to the end of the interview, the entire process took about 90 minutes, and they didn’t provide a cup of water for applicants to drink.
The job duties focused mainly on warehouse management. The procurement-related work consisted of 【assisting】 the procurement staff with assigned tasks.
The warehouse role involved more than just warehouse management; it also required driving to make deliveries. Deliveries were required three days a week, all to fixed locations.
I forgot how long the probationary period was, but the monthly salary during probation was NT$24,000, with a salary adjustment after the probationary period. (This salary is absurdly low: the role requires assisting with procurement and making deliveries, yet they only offer NT$24,000. It’s basically a low-paid, miscellaneous labor position intended as a disposable hire.)
