Pros
1. HR staff are kind and polite
2. During the interview, the manager was very attentive and not distracted

Cons
1. If your résumé does not meet the requirements, your application will not be marked as read, and you will not receive any follow-up interview notification
2. The process of receiving a job offer takes at least around two weeks
