Nothing commendable.
A company with a workforce 15 times larger has only one HR employee, who is incompetent and arrogant;
Interviews are scheduled entirely on the company’s terms, with no buffer of at least three days. They always call hurriedly the afternoon before the interview and ask you to come in. The same applies to second-round interviews. They arrange interviews like elementary school students, making arrangements on a whim, with no planning or professionalism whatsoever.
During the interview, someone may suddenly barge in, only to say they are there to pick something up. HR even smiled and said it was fine for them to come in. This shows no respect for job candidates. After listening to your self-introduction, they leave you alone in the conference room without introducing any details about the company—as if HR is only responsible for scheduling and all the details must be explained by managers from other departments.
The company’s systems are terrible. You can experience this deeply ingrained attitude just from the interview process. I sincerely advise all job seekers not to waste their time with this company; you will only receive extremely poor responses and arrogant demands.
