When you first join the company, no one will train you, and you may even get scolded for asking the boss. You have to figure everything out on your own, and then the following week they will tell you that you are expected to handle all the tasks independently. When a colleague leaves, the boss will not hire someone else; instead, she will ask you to do two people's jobs at once, without a raise or bonus. The boss will dump her own messes on you. If you do well, you get no raise; if you do poorly, everything is your fault.
