The boss has no management experience or ability.
1. It often happens that the boss disrupts the delivery route planned by the delivery specialist to meet Client A's needs. As a result, Client B does not receive the goods on time and complains, and the boss then turns around and blames the employee.
2. The company unilaterally terminated an employee's labor and health insurance coverage because of the employee's personal family circumstances. This seriously violates the fundamental principles and substance of the Labor Standards Act.
3. The supervisor is extremely emotional and highly controlling. After assigning work to a subordinate and requiring them to take responsibility, she still becomes furious if the subordinate does not follow her methods 100%.
4. The job description shown on the company's vacancy page does not match the actual scope of work after joining, and the salary is not commensurate with the actual job responsibilities.
5. Years of work experience have no impact whatsoever on salary or benefits (whether referring to previous work experience or tenure at the company), and there is no proper promotion system.
6. The company's internal policies (such as leave and bonus systems) have not been properly established at all. As a result, when loopholes arise, supervisors can only try to remedy the situation after the fact, while also complaining that employees took advantage of those loopholes.
Overall, this is a truly terrible traditional manufacturing factory. I advise everyone to think twice before joining.
