Applicants for the driver position are notified in advance. After arriving at the company, you first take a written test, then a driving test, followed by an interview. The written test is simple and covers basic general knowledge.
The driving test involves backing a container truck into an L-shaped parking space, from both the left and right sides.
You have to back in with containers parked on both sides. During the interview, you will be asked to introduce yourself and describe your work experience.
The company sent a text message on Wednesday morning notifying me of the interview, with the driving test scheduled for Friday morning. Then, when a beginner fails the driving test, they seem to wonder how you could not have practiced driving—didn't you know there would be a driving test and a written test? I really wanted to ask them:
Is it really that easy to borrow a container truck for practice?
They notify you two days beforehand and then expect you to take the test two days later, which is not very friendly to beginners.
