Thoughts:
Extremely high turnover among managers; in less than a year of employment, six senior managers were replaced
Most employees are older; foreign workers and local middle-aged women make up almost the entire workforce
The R&D department consists entirely of alternative-service draftees
Remember to photograph or record any contracts you sign or anything a supervisor says (especially the boss), and keep the records
They operate on the edge of the Labor Standards Act and are extremely skilled at exploiting loopholes in it
