Although the company is quite small, the overall environment looks fairly comfortable and clean. The interview atmosphere was relaxed, and the receptionist was friendly.

It is an obscure industry. The company is relatively newly established, but it has also been around for five or six years. Yet the company seems to have only the owner and a receptionist. I’m not sure whether all the engineers have left or whether there isn’t much need for staff. If you care about this, be sure to ask clearly during the interview. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, only an annual bonus, but it is unclear how much; the explanation was very vague. Training at the company may be required after work or on holidays. Be sure to ask clearly whether overtime pay is provided (it feels like there isn’t any).
