Work hours are very punctual, and overtime is almost never required—unless the boss summons you before the end of the workday.
Colleagues are easy to get along with.
If you demonstrate confidence and ability and are bold enough to name your salary, the boss will give it to you.
Improve your meeting skills (?!)
1. The company's departments are not familiar with one another. Very often, only certain people in a few departments know about something that affects the sales side, while the others in the same department do not. The scary thing is… no one thinks there is anything wrong with this.
2. The company claims to use a price list as the basis for providing quotations, but every time you provide a quotation or take an order, it feels like you are walking through a minefield. One wrong step could mean encountering products whose prices or MOQs have changed drastically.
3. There seem to be many secrets within the company that cannot be shared with the second or third department, but these secrets are actually closely related to everyone.
4. The boss loves holding meetings, but most of them end without achieving anything. After discussing things for ages, there is still no conclusion in the end.
5. The boss is extremely busy and also wants to participate in every decision, so many matters remain unresolved, making execution weak and inefficient.
The boss also loves reminiscing about past glories, using achievements from back then to criticize the current situation.
