Before the interview, they will first send you a bunch of materials to look over. Then, after a few minutes, two managers will come to interview you one after another. Basically, it’s a company that hopes to hire someone who can do everything for a single salary. If you apply for an editor position, they’ll expect you to know how to build websites too; if you apply for a design position, they’ll expect you to write code as well. That’s roughly the situation. The high salary feels great at first, but only after joining do you realize they won’t let you stay for even a full month.
