Overtime pay, bonuses for the three major festivals, a birthday bonus, a year-end bonus, and more—all were quite generous. The base salary was 26,000, including bonuses. I worked there for a year, and for more than half of that time, my salary exceeded 30,000.
The supervisor was quite strange. They required you to act as a job substitute, but never consulted you about anything. Instead, they would discuss everything with the new employee you were training and then put it into practice. For example, they lowered the quality of shipments because the new employee could not handle it, or agreed to let the new employee take whatever days off they wanted, resulting in no one working on the busiest weekends, among other things... The supervisor I encountered at the time was really quite bizarre.
