Originally applied for an operator position, but the interviewing supervisor suggested considering learning a specialized skill and was willing to give me six months to a year, so I instead applied for the SMT technician position.
Because of the frequent line changes, I was able to improve my speed and my ability to remain calm and composed at work.
The company lacked integrity. It did not inform me in advance that there was a three-month probationary period. When I received my first payslip, I discovered that NT$1,000 had been deducted for perfect attendance, leaving me with only the minimum wage. After the probationary period, I was dismissed for allegedly lacking the required ability.
No one at the company understands the Labor Standards Act. Anyone seriously considering joining the company should be very careful and ask about everything in detail, especially anything involving money. Make sure everything is clearly written in the employment contract!!!
