Bright environment

I waited almost an hour during the interview

because the person interviewing me was chatting with a customer....

After the interview, we had agreed on the start time for my first day of work.

However, five minutes before I was due to start that day, I received a text message saying that they had hired someone else and no longer needed me to come in....

Are they playing games with people? Extremely disrespectful
