The company environment is very well designed, with lots of space.
Plenty of natural light, 100 points.
Everyone works very hard, and people arrive and leave on time.
The turnover rate is very low.
The environment is simple, with a very quiet open-plan workspace.
Everyone can hear whatever you say.
It depends on the department manager: some departments are constantly rushing to meet deadlines,
while others take it easy. The company does not have many rules, apart from working hours and similar regulations, so how work gets done is determined by the department manager.
