Salary:
There does not seem to be any bonus during the first three months, and the salary is approximately 30,000. Once you become eligible for bonuses, if your performance is average, the salary is approximately 40,000. If you receive a group bonus, it is approximately 50,000.
You must provide your own car. During the first three months, fuel expenses are reimbursed based on actual expenses. Only after three months can you claim an allowance for vehicle wear and tear.
If you ride a motorcycle, there is a monthly subsidy of 900.
You must provide your own laptop. There is a monthly subsidy of 900, apparently provided for two years.
The sales territory for the southern region covers Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung.
Before the interview, you will be given a timed 10-minute test covering mathematics and reasoning. Personally, I found two of the questions somewhat difficult and felt they required more time.
