They arrange interview times at very strange hours (late at night or on holidays), directly inviting applicants to come for an interview the next day, and if you cannot go, they insist that you must call to inform them??? They completely disregard whether job seekers are available that day or already have appointments with other companies (coincidentally, I had already agreed to interview with other companies at every time they proposed). After I declined, they used the exact same approach again a few days later. They have absolutely no respect for job seekers.
