Interviewed for the position of executive assistant
The company’s entire office setup was very bare-bones
It looked like they could move out at any time
During the interview, the HR representative gave me the impression that they had no respect for people
They seemed very conceited
After sitting down, they asked me to introduce myself first
Before I could finish speaking, I was constantly interrupted, and then they criticized one thing after another
When introducing the job, they told me to take out my phone and look at the job description on their website
If I had any questions, I should ask; the job duties were exactly as written above,
and they had absolutely no intention of providing further explanation
When discussing the salary and benefits, they said,
“You saw the salary range listed above,
that’s how it is, exactly as written above.”
When introducing the company, they also acted very arrogantly
Personally, I believe that every job is a part of the company, but the HR interviewer bluntly said:
“The job you’re interviewing for has no room for development.
Anyone can do it, and there are no opportunities for promotion.
It’s just basic administrative support.
Don’t work here for a while and then leave, because we’ll have to keep looking for people.” The entire interview process felt like being scolded
