It is a self-righteous company with a centralized management style—in every sense of the word, a stereotypical old-school boss.

The phrase “Employees are the company’s most valuable asset” is something you will not experience at all in this company.

The company has an extremely high turnover rate, and you can constantly see long-standing job openings. I also urge anyone going for an interview to think twice.

I have seen many people say that it is rare to find a company that provides meals, but what I want to say is that whether a company provides meals is secondary.

Even if a company provides meals, you will have no appetite if it makes you uncomfortable.

The company expects us to be polite and greet the general manager and chairman when we see them, but even if you greet them, they may not acknowledge you—it depends on their mood.

As previous reviewers have said, during interviews they ask you some irrelevant questions, such as whether you have a boyfriend (my personal guess is that they are probably worried you might get married suddenly or become pregnant unexpectedly, which would affect the company?). Even menstrual leave, which has long been standard practice, was only introduced in the past few months.

In short, the atmosphere throughout the company is truly extremely uncomfortable. The complexity of the work is secondary; the main issue is that the culture and environment are unfriendly. Even excellent benefits cannot retain talent. I sincerely urge anyone going for an interview to think twice (you deserve better).
