Pros
The HR staff were kind.
Cons
The interviewer kept using their phone and talking on the phone, and the interview ended after just 10 minutes. It was very disrespectful.
If they felt I wasn't a good fit, they could have chosen not to proactively invite me to an interview in the first place, instead of wasting both our time. Other interviewees may want to think twice before going.
