Broadening one's horizons

The company policies are unclear... The manager seems like a nice person... but you don't know what your work is supposed to be every day... Suggestions for the company may be used against you and mocked, so be careful....xD

The management team treats colleagues from other departments like cram school teachers treat their students..... PMs basically only serve to forward emails.... Everyone else can only work overtime desperately to protect themselves....... and is still treated as though they should
