Pros
It's quite a large firm.
Cons
Although I was invited to an interview, I never expected them to keep saying that my major wasn't what they were looking for and repeatedly emphasize the fieldwork involved. It was very obvious that they wanted to end the interview as quickly as possible, which I found extremely disrespectful.
