Pros
Snacks are provided, and sometimes when there isn’t much to do, it’s quite relaxing.
Cons
A chaotic small company that does things in very clumsy ways, making things inconvenient for others.
Inconsistent benefits lead to feelings of unfairness.
You can only swallow the inconsistencies in what is said because the other person is higher-ranking than you.
