During the phone interview and first-round interview, I genuinely thought this company seemed pretty good, although the products they launch do give the impression of making a lot of noise but producing little actual impact.
After the first-round interview, they asked me to provide references. Then, three days later, I received a very sincere-sounding job offer, which made me mistakenly think I had gotten the offer. After I replied to ask for details, they stopped responding. I eventually followed up again and received a reply via LINE: “We’re still in the interview stage.” I have never experienced such an outrageous interview process. Even if I were offered the job, I absolutely would not want to join. It was laughable and raised serious doubts about whether there are major problems with their internal communication.
