The company is located in a new building at the far end of the Tucheng Industrial Park.
The office looks very stylish and impressive.
The job posting did not indicate in advance that applicants needed relevant experience, and I was invited to an interview after submitting my résumé.
During the actual interview, only after completing the application form and introducing myself was I told that they only needed people with practical experience and that those without any relevant experience were unsuitable.
Clearly, the company's HR department and the department manager did not communicate their opinions and information effectively. There were shortcomings in both the job description and résumé screening, resulting in wasted time for both the company and the job seeker.
It was an unpleasant interview experience.
