Cons
1. The manager is very domineering and controlling, and will monitor your screen to see what you are doing.
2. Every time you finish something, they will ask you to send them the file, then say they will make the remaining changes themselves.
3. After the probationary period, they will say that your salary is already very high, and that the company still needs to observe your performance, so there will be no salary increase.
4. You have to get used to frequently being called into the meeting room for criticism and being told that you are completely useless.
