The job being interviewed for was Senior Sales Representative. The salary calculation method is acceptable.
I was told by the supervisor that the job requires moving goods, so I shouldn’t dress too femininely. On the day of the interview, I wore a polo shirt and was criticized for not dressing feminine enough. If this isn’t discrimination, what is? Apparently, everything is just this supervisor’s personal opinion. Before the interview, the supervisor should send all applicants a picture of the clothes they personally approve of, so everyone can understand properly!
