Pros
Having to deal with a dishonest supervisor is tough. Only gradually do you realize that the supposed goodness is wrapped in deception, and you get none of it.
Cons
The company bullies the weak with its power. It takes pride in being an old-established business, but much of that is an illusion. It is extremely old-fashioned, aloof, and lacking in vitality.
