Pros
The supervisor is enthusiastic.
Cons
The interview was for plumbing and electrical maintenance. There are only 4 days off per month, with a salary of just 35k, increasing to 37k after the probationary period.
Working hours are 8:00–18:00 with no overtime pay, and there is also no overtime pay for working on Saturdays—clearly illegal..
