The employees are friendly!
The boss uses business trips as a way to assign employees to work elsewhere. If they have not completed three months, employees have to pay half the airfare. Overtime is treated as something employees are expected to do, yet no overtime pay is provided (when this is brought up, they say the employee is being petty). Employees are required to be able to drive, and when a vehicle is needed, they must drive their own vehicle to use it as a company work vehicle (without reimbursement for fuel costs). They constantly take advantage of employees! Female employees are expected to demand a high salary in order to be hired, and are usually viewed as potential future bed partners... Be careful if you want to work here!
