Pros
Employees get along well with one another
Cons
The boss's personality is unpredictable and often makes unreasonable demands (such as asking employees to bathe and massage him…). There are surveillance cameras and listening devices around the office. He berates employees and makes insinuating remarks related to their private relationships!
